The Impact FHS Projector Lamp is a 300W, 82V lamp used in the Kodak Ektagraphic 3 and many of the Kodak Carousel projectors, as well as many other brands of projectors. It has a round GX5.3 bi-pin, a ceramic base, and a built-in MR-13-type mirror reflector.

I was able to get the part needed.
I have a Kodak Carosel projector that I use to project slides. After years of use, the bulb failed and my local sources for photographic equipment gave me blank stares when I asked for a replacement bulb.
