0750 FSB-8T Tripod System with Speed Lock 75 Tripod is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality at a price I bought this primarily to use with my EX1R which is not a heavy camera but by spending a bit more this gives me more flexibility should I need to use it with a larger camera. For years I used a Sachtler 20 plus where I used to work without problems and while Sachtlers are not the cheapest tripod out there, in my experience they are one of the best. The FSB-8T is very smooth and easy to balance and you have to love the illuminated bubble. The CF 75 legs give a good range of motion and are quick to set to the proper height while feeling quite solid on pans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Small tripod I bought this as a spare when my Video 20 stix were being used.Although it is rated at a 20lb weight limit it still holds up pretty well with even more weight. I can use it with my F3 or my 5D. It performs very smoothly. The only complaint I have is with the middle spreader. I would like for it to extend wider and fold up easier. With a big camera on top you need to be extra careful because it is top heavy.I was given a Cartoni Focus Tripod as a loaner while waiting for 8T to come in.This tripod is far superior to the Cartoni and it is rated at 26lbs. The spring in the Sachtler is much stronger, it is also $ more. All though I wouldn't recommend it I have used it as a lock down Tripod for my F800r.For an EX3,FS100 or HDSLR with added weight it is a fantastic tripod. You get what you pay for!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing 3 months after I purchased - horizons started to look crooked and they were. After many emails to B&H (not interested - contact the manufacturer) and months of trying to get any kind of response from Satchler I started posting on Satchler Facebook page - this worked. I finally received a response three months after first trying. I finally sent tripod in for assessment and this was the response. OK, I've been working on your tripod head all morning and I think the issue is there's an uneven spin of the internal section, it's off my maybe a quarter of a mm, maybe even less. I could be wrong though, so I'm consulting with the guy that trained me in Singapore to see iff my assessment is correct, in which case we may need to send it to him for a full breakdown and rebuild. I'll know more in an hour or two and will update you then. I apologise for the time it's taking but I want to get it right. After tripod being repaired the same problem has again eventuated after just a few months. Not sure why I just was not sent a new tripod. Considering I use this tripod with a Canon C300MKII to film a National television show and have now twice been caught with a non functioning tripod thousands of kms from base I really, really am unhappy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What a value! Used with F55/EF lens/7 SmallHD/V-mount brick. It nearly maxed out the head, but the spring was set one or two notches below max. Smooth as Sachtler always is. For 5K less than the next real step up, can't go wrong (if need 75mm sticks -- which was a weight issue for traveling). Could prob add simple iPad prompter or one other accessory and still be fine. Spreader was way too tight and annoying to pull up for packing. Wish the pan lock was in the front. I'd definitely buy this one again. Took a risk with it, but it is an exceptional value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Near Perfection Got this for my team to use with our C100. Very light and very fast. Love it.Nitpicking- the camera plate is a smaller version of the square plate on my 100mm Oconnor and Sachtler heads, so we have the remember to check which plate is on the camera. The mid-level spreader isn't quick release so we can't easily swap to a floor spreader for lower shots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Classic pod! I use the tripod as a professional videographer. I shoot with the 5d on video clips, fiction films and documentary. I really enjoy using this tripod for its size, its speed and its lightweightness. The only problen I have with it is that its handle is a bit cheap, the handle arm keeps moving even if its in locked position.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in its class. Period. This is the best tripod in its class. Lightweight and sets up very quickly with just three release tabs on legs. Durable. Great touch and go plate--positive locking action. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Very smooth actions and lots of room to adjust. The only minor complaint I have is that the sliding plate could have a little more travel it it to adjust front to rear balance. In sum, I love this tripod system and use it all the time. Highly recommend.
