Key Features
  • 17 Card Slots: 16 Input, 1 Output
  • 256 Cameras and 16 Monitors
  • 2048 Cameras and 512 Monitors Scalable
  • 120VAC @ 60Hz Input Voltage
The Pelco CM9760MXB Matrix Switching Bay is a card cage with 17 card slots: 16 card slots for video input modules (VIMs) and one card slot for the video output module (VOM). This matrix bay can support up to 256 camera inputs and 16 monitor outputs. The switching bay is scalable: multiple bays can be used to expand a single CPU system to a maximum of 2,048 camera inputs and 512 monitor outputs.

Backed-up by a CM9760-MPS power supply, this matrix switching bay operates at an input voltage of 120VAC @ 60Hz. When fully populated, the bay consumes a maximum of 90W of power. In addition, an optional backup power supply module can also be attached. For further redundancy, one can install the optional backup power supply module in each bay.

The matrix switching bay uses a full duplex RS-422 cable with an RJ-45 connector, and has a video input level of 0.5 to 2 VP-P (RS-170 composite video).

This matrix switching bay occupies a rack space of 6 RUs and can be mounted on any 19-inch EIA-standard rack. The switching bay is also FCC, Class A certified and UL/cUL listed.
