The FR8301AMSTR Fiber Receiver from Pelco is a device designed to transmit one unidirectional composite video channel over one optical fiber. Because of its modular design, it can be used as a standalone solution or placed in a rack with a separately available rackmount kit.
Video support includes NTSC, PAL, and SECAM standards. It also exceeds all requirements for the RS-250C Medium-Haul Transmission Specification and meets NEMA TS 2 and Caltrans Traffic Signal Control Equipment Environmental Standards.

This unit must be paired with a transmitter unit in order to achieve a complete solution.
