The EverFocus EBC-890 Fingerprint Controller with in-built card reader is an EverAccess controller that can be used as standalone or connected up to 127 Flex series fingerprint controllers by means of the RS-485 bus. With its large memory capacity, the EBC-890 can store up to 1000 users and 40,000 event records.
With the power alarm functions, the EBC-890 Controller allows easy connection to the alarm panel for faster adjustments. Further, the alarm function has the ability to quickly respond to a specific alarm input using the corresponding door control. Moreover, with 12 access authentication modes, the EBC-890 fingerprint controller provides a high level security.
The advanced management features - including time-based entry/exit access, pre-determined schedules, arm zones, and user access rights - ease daily operations. The backlit LCD screen and the keypad are to ensure low-light and night-time readability/visibility. To protect against electric surges, the fingerprint controller comes with a built-in Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS). The proximity card reader and the single door controller together make installation easy.
The Fingerprint Controller comes either with a Wiegand 26 or a Wiegand 34 communication format.
