Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for adapter but some cons I use it for my speedotron to connect the radio trigger mini to the pack,a few things to remember, only works one way so if you use it and the unit does not trigger, switch it around(the flat prongs), it does not work with Sunpak flash or quantum as both prongs are equal in with and this units use a smaller prom on one of the sides. For my speedotrons works great!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Protects my DSLR from a high-voltage power pack I have a 20-year old studio lighting system with a large power pack that until now was only used with film cameras. I was concerned about damage to my DSLR if I connected it directly to the PC sync plug. Since I already had a wireless flash trigger, with a 3.5mm male mini plug I just needed a way to plug it to the household connection on the power pack. I've used this in the studio a number of times already, and it works perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Form follows function I own a radio slave flash trigger that connects using a 3.5mm jack. I use Speedotron Blackline flash equipment (some with 1/4 inch phono synch and some with HH synch). This one adapter, in addition to the 1/4 inch phono adapter supplied with my radio, allows me to use the same radio equipment with any of my Speedotron gear. I also highly recommend the Wein Safe Synch HH for use with Speedotron

Rated 4 out of 5 by from High Quality Adapter This is a good adapter that feels sturdy with tight connections, both to the power pack and the mini (3.5mm) plug. The only drawback is that there is no center grounding wire which is why it gets only four stars. All in all, it does exactly what it's meant to do and it does it well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tiny but important accessory I bought a wireless radio sync package which only had the 3.5mm plug connector. My Speedotron studio lights need the household type connector. As far as I can see, B&H has the ONLY adapter between these two, and it works perfectly. ...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works like intended Built to last and get the job done. You might need this if you are using wireless triggers and your studio flash system uses the old AC style sync cord outlet. Mine worked fine although I had to make sure the polarity was right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it's suppose to do This Impact product is quality made and does what it's suppose to. I used it on my Dynalite 800e powerpack along with a Vello remote trigger system. I am very happy with this product, and I would recommend it to others.
