Originally designed as an accessory for the PhotoGPS receiver to correctly sit in the shoe mount of Sony/Minolta digital cameras, this Jobo GPSZ01 Hotshoe Adapter can work in conjunction with any hotshoe accessories. By attaching this lockable adapter to any ISO standardized accessory like a flash, it may be mounted to the non-standard shoe mount found on Sony and Minolta cameras. Being a hotshoe (as opposed to a coldshoe) adapter, electrical triggering signals are properly passed through the adapter as well as the PC sync port also found on the adapter.
Two points of flash sync are possible via the PC terminal or the hotshoe contacts.
