The Sony SSC-DC593 is a super sensitive security and surveillance CCTV camera with a 1/3-inch CCD chip. With recent advances in digital processing the camera squeezes out very wide dynamic range for low-light image capture. Good Resolution Even In Low Light
The SSC-DC593 has a 1/3-inch CCD chip that incorporates some 380,000 picture elements. With the DynaView feature the camera achieves impressive dynamic range for very low light and high contrast image capture.
Day and Night Feature
The camera in super low lighting is sensitive to infrared spectrum producing a high quality black and white image. Once lighting achieves sufficient brightness the UV sensitive filter is removed automatically. Conventional, color image capture has settings for back lighting and spot lighting situations.
CCD Iris Feature
The SSC-DC593 has circuitry for exposure compensation even when using manual iris lenses. The CCD chip automatically reduces charge accumulation time. the duration light is accumulated on the chip. This function lowers sensitivity to proportionally compensate for changing lighting conditions.
