The I·Onix FW810S from Lexicon is a 10 input, 12 output FireWire audio interface featuring 8 dbx high-voltage, ultra low noise microphone preamps and dbx Type IV conversion. The latter provides a more forgiving environment when it comes to digital headroom and provides an analog-like oversaturated quality to hot signals.

A built-in software mixer provides signal routing along with EQ, dbx dynamics and monitor reverb on all 8 analog input channels. Mixer settings can be saved as snapshots, with the ability to save 5 discreet mixes or create a 7.1 surround mix.

The included Cubase 4LE software provides comprehensive recording and editing features for both audio and MIDI. The Pantheon II VST/AU reverb plug-in features 6 reverb types with 16 adjustable parameters and 35 factory presets that range from vocal settings, to live sound and to special effects.
