The Package arrived open and the user guide is missing. I trust the product though because it has been suggested to me by a Professional Photographer.

While not built to the standard of a Manfroto, this tripod is a fraction of the cost. Its construction is solid and the Pro Head gives almost the feel of a genuine fluid head.

Is the head interchangeable? If so, is there a compatible manfrotto head?

I believe that the head is pinned in place and, without actually trying to do so myself, seriously doubt that the head is interchangeable with any Manfrotto. I suggest that if you wish the features of a Manfrotto head that you buy a Manfrotto tripod and if you wish the wheels that you but a dolly base. That will certainly cost more and be more heavy but it will work. The advantages of this Smith and Victor dollypod is its low cost, light weight but it can't match the quality of a Manfrotto setup.
