COR761 Background Support with Telescopic Crossbar, Large is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 44.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Killer background support This is a really well made background support, but the crossbar is 47.5 long and won't fit in many bags. The background comes with a bag just big enough for the two stands and crossbar but it won't fit a background or any associated lighting gear. I use this background with a Profoto AcuteB light for tight portraits of brides and it works well enough that mothers of the bride break out in tears when seeing nice portraits of their daughters. This one reason alone is enough for someone to make the investment. Be careful of the crossbar length, though. I had to send back a Tamrac bag because it was too short.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not high end, but a good value I purchased this specifically for on-location shooting. Random parts, some I couldn't identify the origin of, were raining off off of it the minute I started to set it up. I sent it right back to B&H, no hassles. Regardless, I still wanted another one just like it, so I ordered a replacement. It's simple and the price is right. Got my new one a week later and I had to laugh that there was another bit of something plastic floating around loose in one of the bags. It didn't seem to be an important piece. This works great, is very easy to set up and works great with my lightweight 8x10 backdrops.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice Support Very impressed with the background support. Of course my decision to buy it was easy, beings I got to use it from another photographer before purchasing it. I only use it for muslin backdrops. 10x20 and 10x24. It does a very little sag to it in the middle when fully extended, however it does not create a problem when taking pics. I love the fact that it is telescopic. It makes things very easy and one person can set it up. I can go from vehicle to full set up in about 10 minutes. They only thing that I wish they would improve on is making the carry bag a little bigger to put my clamps in with it. No big deal though. It is definitely worth the price. I do a lot of on location shoots and it seems to be holding up very well. Yes I would recommend this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rough and Ready Backdrop Stand This backdrop stand is big, solid, and built tough. It's the perfect piece of gear for hanging my wet shirts on hangers to drip dry--they get so shrunken in the clothes dryer. This stand can hold quite a few of them and not buckle and fall, like my old stand did. Why, someday, I might even try hanging a backdrop from it and take photographs of something. But for now, it's the perfect clothes-drying solution for apartment living. It also doubles as a coat rack for winter parties!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my purposes I used this background support with a 10 x 20 muslin with no problems whatsoever. Set up was quick and painless. Keep in mind I'm using it indoors. The telescopic bar is great, I think it is much better and much more convenient and versatile than the supports with sectioned crossbars. It is light to carry and all the pieces fit nicely into the bag that comes with it. I only just got it so I really can't speak to durability but it seems like it will stand the test of time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to adjust the size quickly. I purchased the COR761 Background Support with Telescopic Crossbar, (Large) by Interfit. I love this product. I was surprised by the size of the footprint for the background suport. I had no problem with tipping. Very sturdy! The background support system adjusted easily and quickly. No adding or removing sections to adjust the width. No storing the unused sections of the crossbar. You only have to slide the crossbar to the width you desire. Set up was quick. Lightweight and easy to transport using the bag. I LOVE it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great backdrop stand for the price!! I have photography as a hobbie so people start asking me if I have a Photo Studio and I don't so I started looking for option and found this one. The construction is not the best but it is working pretty fine for me, I bought some backgrounds and I am able to move my Photo Studio everywhere now when someone ask me for pictures with a back ground. I definitely recommend this stand for the home/casual user.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, Easy, Good Value This was the first stand I've ever bought, and I was a little scared at the idea of handling something like this. But I've found it to be quick to set up (it's as easy as setting up a tripod), pretty sturdy, and it folds down nice and small so it can be tucked away in a corner. I feel like I got really good value for the money spent. And it's portable enough that I would have no qualms about bringing it to set up elsewhere. It handled my muslin very well, though I can see how a sandbag would come in handy (but it works well without one).
