The Franzus TS38LC Travel Smart by Conair Compact Folding Multiuse Cart is an extremely compact, medium-duty cart that is practical for frequent flyer use.  It holds up to 75 lbs and extends to 35.5", with 3" fixed-position wheels.  The TS38LC is more narrow than most carts, and can actually move down the aisle and fit under the seat on large commercial aircraft.
