The Draper Eclipse Masking System is wonderful way to achieve two screens for the price of one. The masking system is installed over a permanently tensioned screen and raises and lowers with the simple flip of a switch.
The system is mounted on a channel which keeps the "mask" as close as possible to the screen. All images are bordered in black giving it a more professional, tailored finish.
The Eclipse System is available in two designs:
Series V: Image Area masked from top and bottom and the width remains constant. Standard format changes from 4:3 NTSC to 16:9 HDTV, or from 4:3 NTSC to 1.85:1 WideScreen.
Series H: Image Area masked on the sides and the height remains constant. Standard format changes are from either 16:9 HDTV or 1.85:1 WideScreen to 4:3 NTSC.
