Its 0.63" 3LCD imaging panels (the part that creates the image) deliver sharper and brighter images with superior grayscale detail. Smooth, seamless color combined with an unparalleled grayscale range delivers incredible detail to every image it displays. And with its short-throw lens it can project a diagonally measured 60" image from less than 60" away.
Its international credentials are equally impressive. It can project images in the NTSC, NTSC 4.43, PAL, B, D, G, H, I, M, N and SECAM video formats and it has a 100 to 120 volt AC, 220 to 240V 50/60 Hz auto switching power supply.
The remote control doubles as a wireless mouse. Just run a cable (not included) from the USB B port on your PJL3211 to your PC and you can use the remote control as a computer mouse. The remote has dedicated buttons that move the mouse on screen and match the Left-Click and Right-Click mouse buttons as well as the Home, End, PageUp, PageDown and Esc keys.
Although you can permanently mount the PJL3211 in a tabletop, ceiling or rear projection configuration, at only 4.1 pounds it makes an excellent portable projector too. If you present on the go you'll find the Direct Off feature particularly useful. When you're done presenting you don't have to wait around for the projector lamp to cool down. You can just unplug the projector and be on your way.
