Will this lens work with Fdr-ax100 with no vignettes?
Most likely it will work as intended. You might also consider the Raynox HD-7062PRO 62mm 0.7x High Quality Wide Angle Converter Lens B&H # RAHD7062 which is known to be compatible with the FDR-AX100.

Confused about the 62mm vs. 82mm reference. Will this connect easily to the Sony Z-150?
The 62mm thread is on the rear of the converter for attachment to the Sony Z-150 lens. (You must remove the sunshade to do so.) The 82mm refers to the front of the converter and is the size of round filters you can screw on to it.
