It's compatible with HDTV signals, supports resolutions up to UXGA and 720p/1080i, and works in conjunction with Kramer's Cobra series transmitters and matrix switchers. When paired with the required Cobra transmitter, the Cobra R500-2 offers a system range of up to 500' (150 m); it's an ideal solution for sending computer graphics video and HDTV signals over shielded or unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cabling such as standard CAT5, 5e, or 6 (Ethernet network cable).
