Key Features
  • Twisted Pair (RJ-45) Signal Conversion
  • Support up to UXGA and 1080p Resolution
  • HDTV Compatible
  • (1) Twisted Pair (RJ-45) Input
With its continued stellar reputation in high-definition distribution, Kramer once again raises-the-bar of excellence with its TP-126 UXGA, Audio and Data Line Receiver. Designed and built with both professional video facility installation pundits and presentation/multimedia enthusiasts in mind, this unit receives a twisted pair (RJ-45) input signal and coverts it to 15-pin HD VGA/UXGA computer graphics video, stereo and S/PDIF audio, and RS-232 control signals. It's compatible with HDTV signals, and supports resolutions up to UXGA and 1080p. Enjoy a system range of up to 320' (100 m) and bi-directional RS-232 control in which executed commands and data flow in both directions. It works in conjunction with Kramer's TP-125, TP-112HD, TP-102HD compatible transmitters; and it's is an ideal solution for sending a computer graphics video signal, audio and control over shielded or unshielded twisted pair (STP/UTP) cabling such as standard CAT5 (Ethernet network cable).

It features sync polarity settings for improved transmission and twisted pair compatibility. With its superb signal reliability and twisted pair signal technology, the Kramer TP-125 is ideal for long distance computer graphics cable transmission often required by broadcast studios, educational, security and military installations.

It features sync polarity settings for improved transmission and twisted pair compatibility. With its superb signal reliability and twisted pair signal technology, the Kramer TP-125 is ideal for long distance computer graphics cable transmission often required by broadcast studios, educational, security and military installations.

Note:
This unit must be used in conjunction with a compatible transmitter (i.e. TP-125) to achieve a complete solution.
Twisted Pair (RJ-45) Signal Transmission
Twisted pair (RJ-45) cabling uses 2 conductors (forward and return) that are twisted together in a specific fashion (pitch/twist rate per meter) to cancel out electromagnetic interference and crosstalk (noise) from external sources and its environment. This technology enables a system range up to 320' (100 m) at a maximum resolution up to UXGA and 1080p HDTV. For best results use Kramer's BC-SXTP Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) skew-free cables for transmitting VGA signals, and BC-STP (STP) non-skew cables for digital signals.
Supports UXGA and HDTV Signals
Its video transport circuitry supports computer graphics video signals with maximum resolutions up to UXGA and HDTV/1080p.
Stereo and S/PDIF Audio
By selecting internal dip switches to match the transmitter, this unit will decode the audio signal then simultaneously output unbalanced stereo and S/PDIF (24-bit/48KHz) audio signals.
RS-232 Control
If an RS-232 control signal is detected in the twisted pair input, this unit will convert the signal and output it on the RS-232 terminal block.
Large Venue Solution
The TP-126 is an ideal solution for schools, transportation hubs, hospitals, financial institutions, commercial/retail installations, virtually any large venue that requires high-quality, long distance twisted pair line distribution.
Optional Mounting
Aside from its rugged chassis, its standalone compact design belongs to the Kramer TOOLs family of products and offers an optional RK-3T 19" rack mount adapter that mount (3) units side-by-side in a 1U rack space.
