The InVision Video Adapter for Cameras with 1/4" Thread from Rycote holds a microphone with a diameter between 0.7 to 0.9" (19 to 25mm), while protecting against camera motor noise and vibrations. The InVision Video Adapter uses the patented Lyre Suspension with a molded-grip design to prevent your mic from slipping or twisting.

To help you find the right mounting position, the InVision Video rotates 360° freely on a slotted 4" (100mm) mounting bar. The cradle can slide freely on this slotted bar to keep your mic out of the shot.

Much better than what comes with C300 MKII

I have a cheese plate on top my C300 MKII and this is a much better system than what comes in the box with the C300. Much more flexibility to customize the rig. Get's the mic further from the camera. I should have gotten it sooner!

An excellent choice when traveling and shooting on location. I use this with my camera-mounted, medium shotgun mic. Effectively eliminates wind-noise. Small enough to fit into an equipment backpack with the rest of my gear. Its rigid structure makes it sturdy enough to pack without fear of being crushed or warped, while physically protecting the mic from the elements when in use.

Its recommended for Sennheiser MKH 416 to mount at ursa mini camera?

That's a pretty long shotgun mic to mount onto a URSA Mini. Sounds like you will be shooting and doing your own audio. That's a great sounding mic but made to mount on a boom pole. Go out a buy a professional short shotgun mic made to put on a camera. I've seen some good ones for $200 and under with an XLR male connector. I think you'll find the 416 getting in your way while shooting handheld. Have someone hold a boom with the shotgun or use a C stand and mount the boom on that if doing interviews.
