The Wein PCM Adapter is a molded, one-piece male PC to male PC adapter that allows any Wien receiver or slave having a PC terminal to be cordlessly connected to the Nikon SB-24, 25, 26, 28 series, 80 series and SB-800 sync terminal.

I use this to connect My Nikon SB910 to a Sekinic L-758DR. The Sekonic cord has a female connector, as does the speedlight.
If you are going to connect a PN Peanut Slave - Digital by Wein to your older Nikon SB units, you have to have this! Simple. Works Good. Last a long time. I use two of these with two Wein Digital Peanut Slaves to combine an SB-24 and an SB-26 with my two SB-800's. They work great, even in TTL (though the older flashes have to be set manually.)
