It's okay. But the regular Elinchrom Grid Reflector with 30 degree grid kit is of better value -- unless you use Quadras.

Can I use this reflector with Interfit EX400 Ti monolight?
Unfortunately, this reflector would not be compatible with the Interfit EX 400 Ti monolight. An alternative would be the Elinchrom Grid Reflector (7 ) B&H # ELGR18. Please see the following image below for reference.
