Weston is (used to be?) top-of-the-line thermometer manufacturer; however, I ordered two, and one gave the correct temperature but the other was stuck at 80F. Will return the broken one.

question

How would you know if it's accurate? Is it always accurate out of the box?
Asked by: Anonymous
I checked the new Weston thermometer against one I know to be accurate. It was accurate right out of the box.
