With my remote cable & PocketWizard connected to my canon t3i or my t5, I am able to photograph wildlife with ease. I am able to distance myself from the area in which they frequent. Great for photographing hummingbirds. My photo sales has increase significantly. Truly a five star rating.

With a Pocket Wizard and this cable, you can fire a remote camera from another Pocket Wizard. This works with any camera with a hot shoe and a 2.5 mm miniplug remote receptacle, including the FUJI X-series camera bodies.

question

Can this cable be used to remotely trigger and also for half press to meter and Focus for Canon 70D; with Pocketwizard FlexTT5 II and also with Pocketwizard PlusX and Plus III?
Asked by: Jacob K
The Plus III is the only radio that can send a half press signal and the Plus III and Plus IV radios can receive the half press signal. The PlusX and FlexTT5 do not have that capability. You can add a PTMM to keep the camera constantly pre triggered.

question

Will this cable work with my Canon 1DX Mk 2?
Asked by: Paolo C.
The CM-E3-ACC is for Canon cameras with a sub-miniphone connection. It can also trigger other cameras with sub-miniphone connections such as certain Fuji and Olympus cameras. For the 1DX Mark II, you need to use the CM-N3-ACC.
