What does RC stand for? in a 100 sheet packages the description is slightly different -does not contain the RC letters- would be both the same?

Have no idea what RC means but I have been using this paper and seems to work well. I use it for personal work for family and many Church members and have had no problems. I usually get 1,000 lots to save and working on about 5,000 so far. Good luck.
