The CyberPower Home/Office Surge Protector (6-Outlet, 4' Cord, 900 Joules) is designed to protect TVs, stereos, CD players and other small electronic devices from line noise, spikes, and strong surges. Using MOV (Metal Oxide Varistor) technology, the protector grounds the excess current, protecting itself and the connected electrical equipment from damage.
