question
Can I use the tank as a container for photo-flo or hypo?
You do not specify a context for container. If you mean to contain chemicals during a processing run involving 4X5 hangers, then sure, that is what they are intended for. For longer term storage, they are not ideal or convenient. They are light tight, but not air or water tight. The little floating lids are not much use. I have occasionally left chemistry in them for a day or so with no ill effects. But I would not store anything in them longer than that. Hope that helps.

question
Does the tank include the hangers?
No. I had some hangers already and needed additional tanks. There are usually hangers available on eBay no problem.

question
Can this be used for processing roll film?
yes but it will have to be in the dark using a 'dip & dunk' method' you can load the reels with 35mm or 120 film place them on a lie rod and and move them up and down to agitate and take them out of the solution tipping 45degrees to drain and re-submerge. You can put the lid on until time to agitate. You could leave the lid on and shake the tank or slide it back and forth but I think you would get uneven development. Anyhow it will not workvery well as a daylight tank for roll film. Buy the Paterson System 4 tank and you can get a 4x5 film holder from Paterson to use the tank for daylight processing of 4x5 film, That combined with Paterson reels for roll film wil give you a nice set up for film devolpment.
