I needed a replacement Eyecup for my Pentax K7. I researched it on line and found it in stock and for a great price here at B&H. This was not my first purchase will it be my last from B&H. They are a great source for equipment and information, always very professional and prompt.

No, Pentax Eyecup FR is not compatible with Pentax K1000 analog cameras. Unfortunately we no longer have eyecups for Pentax K1000.

Does this fit on the Pentax K10D?
No, it does not. The Pentax Eyecup FR for K7 Digital SLR Camera is only compatible with the Pentax K-7 SLR Digital Camera. The Pentax K10D uses the Pentax Eyecup FP. Unfortunately, the eyecup has been discontinued and is not available. However, the Vello EPP-FO Eyepiece for Select Pentax Cameras, B&H # VEEPPFO, would be the current replacement eyecup compatible with the Pentax K10D DSLR camera.

Q: Does this fit K-5? A: The K-5 manual lists the eye cup as FR so this should be good.
Yes, my K-5 eyecup was defective and broke and I ordered one of these.
