The UA860SWB from Shure is a passive wideband omnidirectional dipole UHF antenna. It's been designed to improve the reception of wireless microphone systems. When used with BLX4R, SLX, QLX-D, ULX-D, UHF-R, and Axient wireless systems, the UA860SWB will greatly improve the performance of these devices.

There is nothing about these antennas that makes them incompatible with other manufacturers. They are however made for wireless microphone systems not cameras

Do I need two of these (to connect to both the A and B side of my SLX system)?
While not required, two Shure UA860SWB Passive Omnidirectional Antennae, one for each antenna input on a Shure receiver, could be used. In many cases, an omnidirectional antenna such as the UA860SWB is paired with a directional, "paddle" antenna such as the Shure UA874 Active Directional Antenna (BH #SHUA874US). This allows for a general, expanded coverage area from the omnidirectional antenna, while the paddle dials in a directional pickup pointed towards the system's transmitter.

Have anyone tried to used them for Lectrosonics, ZAXCOM or WISYCOM receivers? How well does it work?
The Shure UA860SWB Passive Omnidirectional Antenna is designed specifically for use with the Shure SLX, ULX, UC, UHF, and UHF-R Wireless Receivers and covers the frequency range of 470 to 1100 MHz. We have not tested the antenna with wireless receivers from other manufacturers like Lectrosonics, Zaxcom, or Wisycom to be able to confirm compatibility.

Will this work for ULX-D systems?
The Shure UA860SWB is compatible with all UHF wireless microphone and In Ear Monitor systems with detachable antennas that operate within the range of 470-1100 MHz. In the case of ULX-D (and QLX-D) series systems, it can be used with all current bands except for the new V50 band (174.125 215.825 MHz) that operates in VHF, which is outside the range of frequencies received by this antenna.
