The mounting bracket is too small to fit on the R16's larger rails.
If it looks like something that would serve you well, then it will. Well built, nice and sturdy. The only reason for my 4 stars is that it doesn't work as well as I had hoped for my application--hanging bags of uplights. I will probably only use the two far hooks and remove the two in the middle...they're just too close to be useful. If that works well I may order another one for the other side of the handle.
