is this a backpack or is it just a one shoulder strap?
Mine (bought thru B&H) came with one (adjustable length) strap that connects /releases to the bag via two metal rings that are securely sewn into each of the four corners of the bag. The strap is kind of thin, but it has a non slip shoulder pad that you can slide on or off for your comfort. The nice thing about the design is that you can take the strap off when you want to carry it by the handle at the top. Or you can put it on (connecting the strap) at the top corners and then wear it over your shoulder. Or you can connect one end of the strap to a top corner and the other end to the opposite bottom corner and then wear the bag slung across your back. Also, if you are inclined to search for another one, you could buy a second strap and then connect both steaos to the bag at the same time and wear the bag as a back pack.
