Will this work on a Lightpanels Astra Soft with out any adaptors?
Yes. The Litepanels 30 Degree Honeycomb Grid for 1X1 LED Lights B&H # LIG30LP1X1 MFR # 900-3017, will work with the Astra Soft 1x1 lights. The grid slides into the 1x1's accessory rail system.
