2800 ANSI Lumens and a 3000:1 Contrast Ratio Plus Stereo Speakers
The TX542's 2800 ANSI lumens and 3000:1 contrast ratio make it ideal for small to medium sized venues. If its two five watt stereo speakers aren't loud enough you can easily plug in external speakers and pass through the audio portion of your program to extend your audio reach.
Meets World Wide Video and Power Standards
This projector can accept and project video in the NTSC, NTSC 4.43, PAL B, D, G, H, I, M, N, SECAM B, D, G, K, K1, and L standards and its onscreen display (OSD) lets you choose from 23 different languages. It also has an international 100 - 240 V AC auto-switching power supply. No matter where in the world you are, chances are the TX542 will do the job for you.
Full-Featured IR Remote Control With Wireless Mouse and Laser Pointer
The full-featured remote works within 23 feet of the projector but it's more versatile than that. If you plug the projector into your computer with the included USB Cable you can use the remote as a wireless mouse with a full range of motion and left and right mouse buttons. And if you want to make sure you're making your point, the remote doubles as a laser pointer at the push of a button.
RJ-45 Jack Makes This Projector Network Ready
The TX542 has a built in Ethernet (RJ-45) jack so it's ready to be hooked up to a network. That means you can control a whole fleet of them via a LAN, WAN or the Internet, a great convenience in educational and corporate environments. And you can broadcast messages over your network to each projector, a vital feature in emergencies. A wireless dongle is available as an optional accessory.
Security Measures Protect Your Investment
This is one investment with its own built-in security. The security measures include a built in security bar so you can attach it by steel cable to a larger object, a separate Kensington slot, a control panel lock, logo display at startup and a user selectable password.
Eco Friendly Design is a Moneysaver
With an estimated lamp life of 3,000 hours in bright mode, lamp life jumps to 4,000 hours in standard mode. The power consumption for the two modes is 255 watts and 233 watts respectively while in standby mode the TX542 draws less than one watt.
