No, the Novoflex MFT/MIN-AF Sony/Minolta AF Lens Adapter is not designed for use with Sony E-mount lenses; it is designed to allow you to connect lenses that use the larger Sony A-mount/Minolta MAXXUM lens mount to mirrorless digital cameras/camcorders that use the Micro Four Thirds lens mount.

No, the adapter does not transfer any electronics so the lens is manual and will not autofocus.

This adapter does not have electronic connections, so autofocus would not be retained. As for aperture, you would need to adjust that manually through the ring on the adapter (or on the lens if it has an external aperture ring).

It works in my Pocket Cinema Camera. Secure fit, but not a lot of throw on the iris ring. You need a lens with a manual focus ring.
