The Pelco EH2100P Low Profile Ceiling Wedge Style Enclosure is used with medium-to-large format cameras, and is suitable for use in fixed or drop ceilings. The compactly designed indoor enclosure complements any business or office decor, allowing you to unobtrusively install several cameras for maximum surveillance.
The UL Listed enclosure features a fully welded and sealed back box, suitable for use in return air-handling plenums. The enclosure is easy to install, and the upper section mounted above the ceiling is made of aluminum to meet most fire code requirements. The lightweight (2.48 lbs) design allows you to mount the upper section on a ceiling tile without added support. For drop tile ceiling applications, you can use an optional 360° rotating mounting plate (E2100), allowing the enclosure to rotate in 10° increments to change the viewing area.
The enclosure's lower section is hinged to provide convenient access for camera and lens adjustments. The adjustable camera mounting sled accommodates various camera and lens combinations and allows the camera to be positioned vertically or horizontally, depending on the camera size. The enclosure can support a maximum weight of 10 lbs and the maximum camera/ lens combination size acceptable (with the lens fully extended) is 3.0 x 4.0 x 10.0" (h x w x l), including BNC connector.
