Pelco Legacy Environmental Enclosure (23", 24VAC)

The Pelco Legacy Environmental Enclosure (23", 24VAC) is an indoor/outdoor enclosure constructed from die-cast and extruded aluminum, which provides strength and durability. The unit accepts large format cameras (lens and camera combinations up to 15.5 x 6.25 x 5.5" (L x W x H) with either fixed focal length lenses or motorized zoom lenses (up to 10x). It has a viewing window area of 4.25 x 5.25" (H x W). The removable camera sled can be inverted to accommodate various camera and lens combinations. The enclosure opens from the rear by unlatching the rear-mount through the stainless steel link-lock latch.

The gas-spring-assisted forward-opening lid ensures maximum accessibility for installation/servicing purposes. The gas spring securely holds the lid when fully opened and the link-lock latch can be secured with a padlock for additional security.

Cable entry glands and mounting holes are provided at the bottom of the enclosure. Factory and field-installed accessories include a 24VAC thermostatically controlled blower/heater, window defroster, sun shroud, thermal insulation, 24VAC electrical outlet, and preset position lens wiring harness. The enclosure can be used in fixed mount applications or can be mounted to a medium duty pan/tilt such as the Pelco PT480 or PT780 series.
