Bower CS67 reviews

CS67 67mm Pro Snap-On Lens Cap is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 44.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from LENS CAP Not only is this lens cap secure, but it is very easy for an older person to use, as compared with many of the other types of caps I have owned over the past years. The easy grasp - either from the outside of the lens cap or the inner clasp, the cap comes off and resecures easily. I recommend it strongly for older people with arthritis.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good alternative to the brand name This work really well and cost less than the brand name pinch-type lens caps. Plus if you are traveling to less than safe locations in the world it helps to not have your high-end brand names out there in the open highlighting that you are carrying around expensive gear. Not a reason alone to buy these, but an added benefit if you happen to need a replacement cap. Seems well made although not quite the same quality as the brand name but for the price difference, certainly not something to dissuade buying these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Than the Original I have retired the original Canon lens cap for this one. I'm a little clumsy, and have gotten a fingerprint ot two on my lenses with the side buttons. This is easy to install and remove and my fingers are nowhere near the glass.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the best of 3 I've tried It holds on good and it can be put on a filter with the sunshade attached, due to the fact that it can be gripped from the inside with 2 fingers as well as gripped from the outside rim if you have the sunshade off. I am using it on b&w filters installed on a canon G3X. the G3x does require a filter adapter that comes with their sunshade kit accessory from Canon, not after-market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good alternative to Nikon replacement If you put Nikon on the front of the cap I would have no problem believing this was a manufacture's original cap. The spring loaded sides work fine and don't have a bunch of play or feel cheap. If you don't want to pay full price for a branded replacement and don't care about the name then I don't think you'll be dissapointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much easier!! Bought a couple of these for my various Canon lenses. When using a hood, its just too difficult to get the standard caps off. This allows you to reach and pull it out while the hood is attached. The Bower caps fit all my lenses perfectly and a snug tight connection (I won't worry about losing)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's great I can't believe that Canon does not use this system for their caps. It allows one to reach in the hood and rempve or replace the cap. This cap is well made and stays on! I jus wished it was offered with logos for Canon, Nikon etc. I bought one for every pne of my lenses.
