This Quick Release Plate from Acratech is designed to fit telephoto lenses with a foot of 5" or less. This plate is engineered with a lip that prevents rotation of the lens foot. Acratech quick release plates are compatible with any Arca-Swiss type quick release system. Machined in the USA from T-6061 aluminum, these plates feature a durable satin black anodized finish.

Is this the correct plate for a Sony FE 200-600 ...
Is this the correct plate for a Sony FE 200-600 mm F5.6-6.3 lens with original foot (3.5 inches long with one 1/4-20 and one 3/8-16 tapped hole)?
Although the 5" plate will work, I recommend our 4" plate #2131. I also includes a bushing for the 3/8" thread.

Is this the correct plate for a Sony FE 200-600 mm lens? The foot is 3.5 inches long with one 1/4-20 and one 3/8-16 tapped hole.

Will this work on a canon EF 100-400 with an existing collar and plate? The plate has one screw.
The Acratech Quick Release Plate for Telephoto Lenses (5") would be too long for use with the Canon 100-400mm lenses. As an alternative, if you own the original push/pull Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM Lens, the Acratech Quick Release Plate for Telephoto Lenses (2.5"), B&H # ACQRLP2.5, would be the correct lens plate for your usage needs. If you own the new twist-zoom Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM Lens, then the Acratech 3.5" Lens Plate for Canon, B&H # ACLPC3.5, would be the correct lens plate for your usage needs.
