The Gefen Wireless for HDMI Extender (5VDC) is a wireless plug and play solution for HDMI sources up to 100' (30.5 m) away from a remote display. Supporting resolutions up to 1080p/30 or 1080i/60, this wireless extender can broadcast a sharp, vibrant HD image over 5 GHz radio waves from A/V sources using HDMI (such as DVD players, Blu-Ray players, and satellite boxes), to as many as 256 wireless locations. The signal penetrates walls--it doesn't need line-of-sight alignment of the receiving and transmitting units. Compressed, as well as analog, audio are supported--depending on the input device.
