MacDrive 8 Software for Windows from Mediafour is a software package for Windows that allows you to open, edit and save files onto Mac formatted (HFS/HFS+) disks in Windows. This allows you to work with floppy disks, external hard disks, and even CD and DVD-ROM discs that use the Macintosh file system on Windows.
The software can be installed on a PC, or on a Mac that uses Windows via Parallels, VMWare Fusion, or Boot Camp. It can read data stored in OS X Time Machine backups, and is capable of mounting hard drives that are larger than 2TB in size. MacDrive is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and 7.

Can be installed on a Mac running Windows via Parallels and VMWare Fusion, giving you access to secondary internal drives and external drives
Note:
MacDrive cannot access your OS X system drive when running in a virtual environment, as OS X requires exclusive access to the system drive
Can browse OS X Time Machine backups, allowing you to copy files from your Mac backup to your Windows system
Supports mounting hard drive volumes that are greater than 2TB in size
