The 4TB BlackArmor NAS 220 Network Hard Drive from Seagate is a network storage system, designed for use in networks with 20 or fewer clients. The drive supports network backup, data encryption, and system recovery via the included SafetyDrill+ software package. The drive is compatible with Mac and Windows client systems.
You'll be able to manage data stored on the drive via the web-based BlackArmor Discovery tool. A single click allows you to access shared volumes or back up the computer on which you're working. You can connect external drives, printers, or UPS systems to the drive thanks to two integrated USB 2.0 expansion ports. You can even stream media stored on the NAS to DLNA certified devices or computers with iTunes.
