The Canon 67 Macrolite Adapter is designed to attach the MR-14EX Macro Ring Light to most 67mm filter size lenses, including the Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM Lens. We have no information about mounting the Macro Ring Lite ML3 to any lens.

67 mm fits my 100mm canon lens, the other side has a collar to fit the canon ring flash.

The Canon 67 Macrolite Adapter does not have inner filter threads. This adapter is only for the Canon MR-14EX Macro Ring Light. It is a bayonet mount.

This adapter is designed specifically to allow lenses with a 67mm filter thread to accept the Canon MR-14EX II Macro Ring Lite. The MR-14EX II, BH #CAMR14EXII, comes with a lens cap included in the box already.
