Vixen Optics R200SS Telescope with Sphinx SXW Mount, Starbook System

The R200SS from Vixen is a Newtonian reflector telescope with a focal length of 800mm, a 4.0"/200mm clear aperture, and an f/4.0 parabolic primary mirror. Its large aperture, compact body, and enhanced focusing system are well suited for astrophotography of nebulae, star clusters, and comets.

The R200SS is configured with a precision optical system that delivers extremely sharp images without chromatic aberration. The surface of the primary mirror features state-of-the-art mulitcoating technology for enhanced light-transmission, minimized reflections, and a viewing experience that's free from distractions.

This package includes the R200SS telescope with 232mm tube rings and a dovetail plate, a 7x50 finderscope, and Vixen's NLV 25mm lanthanum eyepiece. The mounting system is also included - this kit features the Sphinx SXW mount with the Starbook system, and a SX-HAL130 tripod.
