Mogami MOGIRA Reviews
Great guitar cable ... worth the price!
I've been playing over 38 years and play live maybe once a month. I've used a million cables and am very picky. I used to use Fulltone guitar cables but they don't make them anymore. It was time to replace those and Fulltone said they recommend Mogami. I purchased on their recommendation. What I love: Clarity in the sound (they don't muffle your tone the way cheaper cables do) and the cables themselves are very not-stiff. Even my older Fulltone cables had a lot of stiffness compared to these. I love that pliability. They're very easy to work with, easy to roll up, and don't get in the way. They're expensive, but totally worth it. You'll only be buying these cables very infrequently even if you're hard on cables (I 'm not). Take care of them and they'll easily last 10 or 20 years. I have not compared these to the more expensive Platinum line. People say the tone is nearly the same. The Platinum are supposedly for more abusive environments or something. So unfortunately, I can't add much value to that discussion. Overall, highly recommended!
