I have several Arca-Swiss quick release plates, and this one from Benro is as good or better than any of the rest, including the ones from Wimberley, and at a much lower cost. It comes with three mounting screws and the allen wrench for them. It has safety stops so that it won't slide completely out of the mount when loosed for adjustment, but lacks anti-twist plates found on some of the more expensive release plates, which may be a consideration when using this plate on a heavier lens. Since I'm using the Benro plate on a lighter lens, Canon 70-200 mm f/4, that was't a consideration for me.
