The FSR FL-540P 10" Deep Floor Box is ideal for auditoriums, stages or other venues with floors constructed of wood or thin tile over concrete.
A floor box provides ready access to cabling, coupled with the ability to stow and hide it when not in use, while retaining use of the floor space.
The box features a large hinged cover which folds back for user access to cables and connector plates, which also incorporates a smaller hinged door for utilizing cable with minimal open box exposure. The welded steel box features leveling feet to ensure a clean, flat installation and eliminate hazardous protrusions. The 2 internal brackets will hold 1 single gang plate, 1 double gang plate and 1 four gang plate.
The FL-540 ships with a temporary construction cover which must be replaced with a finished cover. Oak, black, aluminum and brass finished covers may be purchased separately.
