Cam Strap-QD (Green Plaid) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 134.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nicely Made This is a very nicely made strap, no doubt about it. It's well padded, comfy on the wrist and has the convenient quick disconnect. Typical build quality that you would expect from Op-tech. I had bought this thinking I could use it on a point and shoot camera but it's way too big IMO. For a camera of diminutive size this strap completely overpowers it and defeats the whole purpose of having a pocketable camera. I think this strap would be best suited on a small DSLR such as a Canon Rebel but as for my point and shoots, alas the search continues for a truly perfect wrist strap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some Items are just Necessary Would have been 5 star if strap was thinner. This is a security strap from the SLR to your wrist. When needed: Almost any outdoor shooting: Walking in the streets - the strap will prevent someone from ripping the camera out of your hands. Startled - Strap would prevent SLR from falling to the turf Around wanter: When you need that extra hand to keep form falling into the drink Your camera will be safely secured with this strap. It is not too intrusive while outside and I like the security it imparts. The strap detaches for studio work A true bargain JN

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great alternative to a neck strap I bought this for my Panasonic GF2 with 20mm f1.7 lens. I bought this camera as a small, light supplement to my DSLR system. The neck strap seemed to add too much bulk so I decided to try a wrist strap and I'm glad I went with this one. The others I looked at were geared towards smaller/lighter point and shoots. I feel totally secure using this with my setup and I love the quick-release strap when the camera in on a tripod. The strap is very comfortable and sliding adjustment ring is a nice touch to keep the strap tight on your wrist.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent strap I have used Op-Tech products for years and they have never let me down. Every time I buy a new camera body the first thing I do is discard the lousy OEM strap that comes with them, then purchase a new Op-Tech strap (from B&H, of course). In looking for a wrist strap to go with my Lumix DMC-GF1, it occured to me that Op-Tech might also make wrist straps. Sure enough, they are in the B&H catalog, so I purchased one. It works just as well as the full-sized straps, and now resides on my GF1 full time. I bought the skull pattern because it's unique and adds a little personal flair to my camera. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not dainty I use this strap with my point-and-shoot camera, instead of the dainty wrist straps that typically accompany point-and-shoots. Great features: -larger size makes it quicker to get your wrist through it (and hence more likely to do so) -fast and easy adjustment to tighten the strap to your wrist for those activities during which you really think the camera might slip -the neoprene has enough give so should the camera slip it doesn't jerk your arm like a regular strap would -quick disconnect (QD) feature in case you find the strap and camera to large to fit into a smaller pocket One (very) minor gripe: While the loop which attaches to the camera is fairly small, it won't thread easily through the tiniest of camera holders. I worked around this by attaching a fishing line to the loop and using that to thread it through the camera holder. To be fair, the strap may not have been intended for use on very small cameras, but I find it much better to use than an official, dainty strap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It stays on my camera I use it with Panasonic G3 which is a bit bigger and heavier than a point and shoot. But it's supposed to hold up to 2.5 lb. I felt the camera is too light and small for a shoulder strap that came with the camera. So I decided to try this instead. My first impression was that the material that is used for this stap gives me a little bit of doubt holding the weight with a heavier lens such as Panasonic 100-300mm zoom. I probably feel safer if it doesn't have a mini quick disconnect devise on strap. But most of time I'm holding the camrea anyway when it's not in a camera bag. This gives me security for an accidental drop. Not as annoying as having a shoulder strap. It still stays on my G3.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid I had this strap on my camera for less than 6 months, probably in use 20 times. The thin rope between the strap and camera snapped during use, and almost caused my camera to hit the floor. Not acceptable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clever Wrist Strap This wrist strap has the same Mini QD side release as OpTech's Mirrorless Strap and can be quickly attached to a camera already so equipped for times when a wrist strap is all that's wanted. It also has an adjustable collar to tighten the strap as needed. Neoprene with cloth on both sides, it has stretchy give, and is quite comfortable and secure.
