OP/TECH USA Super Classic Uni Loop Reviews

I got another one!

The OP/TECH Super Classic camera strap with uni-loops is a great camera strap. I have three of them. They are comfortable and hold your camera securely. The uni-loops allow you to ditch the strap as needed and allows you to use other products from OP/TECH. I definitely recommend them!

A Major Improvement Over the Manufacturers

I have used the Op/Tech camera straps for several years. I have found them to be secure and reliable. I used the 15 lb load capacity with a Nikon D800E and Sigma 150-600mm lens. The padded strap is comfortable and very much appreciated when spending a lot of time in the woods photographing birds. I ended up putting them on all my camera bodies because of the comfort of the camera strap. I have never encountered a problem of any kind with these cameral straps and highly recommend them to others.

Will this work with a CANON 5D Mark IV?
Asked by: David
Hi David! Yes, this strap will be great for your Canon 5D Mark 1V. It will leave only the short Uni Loops on your camera when you remove the main strap to do tripod work. It has the internal control stretch system to help support the weight of your camera and lens combination so that it will be comfortable for long photo shoots. Enjoy!

Will this strap attach to a Sony FE 200-600 zoom lens?
Asked by: Debra
Yes, this will work with your lens. It will likely be easier to attach the Uni Loop by using a heavy string or dental floss to pull the Uni Loop through the connection point rather than trying to push it through. The recommended load on this strap is up to 15 lbs. (recommended load on an Envy Strap mentioned in a different comment is up to 10 lbs.)

question

Will this work with the mini QD extension set? (Are all of the Optech QDs the same size?)
Asked by: Donald
My error and I do apologise. OP/TECH USA does have two sizes of their QD or Quick Disconnect connectors. If you wish to extend the OP/TECH USA Super Classic Strap-Uni Loop (Black) B&H # OPSSUL, use OP/TECH USA Extra Long Extension Connectors, 2-Pack (Black) B&H # OPSCEXL MFR # 1301092. As you have found the Mini QD are too small and will not work. Again, please accept my apologises.

Is this more comfortable than their Envy strap? I will use it around the neck
Asked by: Galal
I don’t know about the Envy strap. I have several of these, which I use for binoculars and medium weight camera. I wear them around my neck, but often as a sling over my right shoulder, which is a more comfortable style for me. (When I walk or hike, the binoculars or camera don’t bounce on my chest or abdomen that way.)
