The monoballFix plate (BH #ARSF48C) is 32mm in width as the Slidefix plate (BH #ARSF32C). What's different? The lengths of the two plates are different, but the dovetail seems to be the same. I am confused.
Both the Arca-Swiss Slidefix QR Camera Plate (32x32mm) and the Arca-Swiss monoballFix Cameraplate 48 Universal are 32mm in width and designed exclusively for the MonoballFix system. These will not work with classic Arca-Type systems. The difference between the plates is the length. This one is 32mm in length and the Arca-Swiss monoballFix Cameraplate 48 Universal is 48mm in length.

Is a Slidefix plate the same as a MonoballFix plate? What is the difference?
The Slidefix plates are smaller (32mm) and will not fit in a the standard Arca Swiss clamps. A MonoballFix is the standard 38mm size.
