For.A FRC-3000 Frame Rate Converter

The FRC-3000 Frame Rate Converter from For.A is an economical frame-rate converter that features many of the features of the FRC-7000 model, including high-precision conversion using motion compensation technology and scene-cut detection. This unit can be used to realize frame-rate conversion with minimal juddering by detecting the motion vector of an object.

It can automatically detect rolling text superimposed on video, or alternatively, manual specifications can be set for this function. Other features include process control and genlock. Advanced audio support includes embedded audio, AES/EBU digital audio, and Dolby E encoding & decoding. The unit occupies 1U of a standard 19" equipment rack.
