If you work in the orchestra field, these reverbs are mandatory.

64 Bit Users Beware!

After shelling out a huge sum for a set of plug-ins from the top name in reverb, I expected a top line product that lived up to its claims to operate on 64 bit windows 7. Not only does it not work at all with my main 64 bit multitrack program on my 64 bit machine, but it does not work with the 32 bit mastering program that runs from the x86 folder, and causes it to hang. Two email submissions to Lexicon's customer service have gone completely unanswered. I am stuck with software that is not returnable under B&H's policy, that was clearly marketed by Lexicon as being compatible with 64 bit PCs under Windows 7. After loading the software, there is a notice tucked away in a read me file that announces some issues and workarounds with 64 bit... (that don't work) and please be patient while we are working on a 64 bit version of the software. When was this originally released? in 2009? How long will it take? Needless to say, I am not a fan of Lexicon anymore. Buyer beware...

I recently purchased the Lexicon PCM Reverb Bundle and I am in love. I have several other great and often-used reverb plug-ins, but to me these Lex's seem to sit in mixes nicely and in most instances, seem to be lighter on the CPU than most other units of comparable quality. I am primarily running these in Pro Tools 10.3 (RTAS) on a Win7-64 system without a hitch. They also run flawlessly in Reaper 32 and 64 bit as VST on the same Win 7-64 machine. Just for kicks I also ran them inside PT as a VST Rewire without a problem. I am hoping they will develop an AAX version at a reasonable cost to upgrade before PT releases 11. The high cost of these has always been the reason I put off getting these, but they are well worth it.
