question

Can this be recessed into a suspended ceiling with the proper framing?
Asked by: Debra B.
While you would have a gap around the case, and it might not look fantastic where it sits beneath the ceiling, there's no reason why you couldn't hang it above the ceiling and improvise framing.

question

After almost a year of once a week operation at our church the screen stopped all movement. An electrician was able to lower it for use by bypassing the box with a low voltage feed . What is needed to restore normal operation??
Asked by: Anonymous
Da-Lite provides a one year limited warranty. They should be able to repair or replace it for you. Please contact Da-Lite.

question

Does it support 240V voltage?
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes. This screen is designed for electricity roughly 220V/240V. Electricity fluctuates so voltage is not consistent.
